We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and take your credit card details, at this time the first nights charge will be required as a deposit. You are not committed to your room until we process your card. However your booking request needs to be confirmed by us so please do not book any associated travel until you hear back from us.

For single occupancy the rate is reduced by £10 per night.

NOTES.

* Check in time is from 3pm. Check out by 11am.

* Minimum of two night stay for all Friday or Saturday arrivals throughout the year.

* Minimum of two night stay at all times during high season.

* One night stays are only available during the low season (Sunday - Thursday).

* Kaywana Hall is an adults only venue.

* We are strictly non smoking in the house and bedrooms.

* There are no facilities for pets.

BOOKING & PAYMENT.

A deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's stay for each room booked is required to secure the reservation. For bookings of 5 nights or more we require 50% of the total cost to be paid at time of booking.

We accept all mastercard/visa credit or debit card. We do not accept cheques.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

If you cancel less than 21 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If we subsequently resell the room your deposit will be returned less £25 admin fee.

The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 21 days prior to your arrival date.

If you decide to curtail your visit after checking in, all booked nights must be paid for.

If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your intended arrival date the total cost of the booking will be charged to your credi/debit card.
