At present we only have a double room available, we are working on the two further rooms which will provide a double and twin these will be available towards the end of 2010. Watch this space!

Dartmouth Royal Regatta.We are fully booked for Regatta 2010.

SEPTEMBER AVAILABILITY: We have good availability from Friday 17th September until the end of the month.


A Week in Edinburgh.

We have one weeks availability in a Town House Suite at the Edinburgh Residence. www.townhousecompany.com/theedinburghresidence. Sleeps 4 in the centre of Edinburgh. Subject to availability. Is also available for a 3 night weekend or 4 nights in the week. A week for 4 people starts as low as £950 depending on time of year. Contact Tony for more information.

Low season 1st Nov to 31st March 2011 Double/twin £125 per night
 Low Season Discount Breaks 3-6 nights  -5% on above rate
                                               7 nights or more  -10% on above rate

Single occupancy - standard tariff less £10 per night.

High season rate applies at Christmas & New Year

Please note we are closed February 2011.

Children - Kaywana Hall is not suitable for children under the age of 16.
Dogs - No animals are permitted.
Kaywana Hall has a non-smoking policy.

Cancellation

We ask for one night's deposit per room at the time of booking. We accept all Mastercard and Visa Cards. If you cancel less than 21 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If we subsequently resell the room, your deposit will be returned less £25 admin fee. The deposit is fully refunded if you cancel more than 21 days prior to your arrival date.
