Welcome to Kaywana Hall - A luxury bed & Breakfast in Kingswear, Dartmouth

Kaywana Hall is a luxury bed & breakfast situated in Kingswear, just across the estuary from Dartmouth. The original 1960’s house was recently demolished and rebuilt in a modern contemporary style by a local architect Stan Bolt. The house sits in its own eight acre woodland and is a peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Dartmouth and the river; however it is a short walk to the ferries for Dartmouth.

As you would expect of a modern house there is plenty of glass and our first guest bedroom is often likened to a glittering jewel. Situated across a patio the luxury b&b accommodation is detached from the main house with its own separate entrance, giving you complete privacy.

We have plenty of parking and for the summer months a heated outdoor pool.
